Ever since Morgan saw an episode of Max and Ruby where they had a camp out in the backyard, she has asked us when can we "sleep in a tent?" I really wanted her first time camping to bea positive one. With it being wintertime (hey, it was cold here in Alabama this year), I was a little worried that she might not have a good time if she ended up being cold the whole time.
So, we decided to have a "camp in" rather than a "camp out" to tide us over until warmer weather arrives. We set up a tent in the basement, and fashioned some make-shift sleeping arrangements out of some of our sleeping pads and various blankets.

Of course, it wouldn't be camping without marshmallows. At least that's what Morgan said (I like the way she thinks).
